Introduction
These speakers were on special offer from dixons at only ?39.99.
They are designed for use on your computer, and are very easy to set up, as every wire has a coloured rim at the end which maches the Sub Woofer. These colours are very helpful as there are a lot of wires involved in setting these speakers up.
The volume control is located on the top of the front-right speaker, with two scrolling wheels to turn the sound up and down for the front and rear speakers.
I've had these speakers for nearly 2 years now and they remain as fantastic as when I first bought them.
Good Points
The sound quality on the Labtec Quadraphonic Speakers are simply amazing for the price they cost! You can crank up the sound to full volume with absolutely no distortion, and the base quality is brilliant too.
Simple to setup.

Bad Points
If ever you pack these speakers away, if you don't prepare for this, you are going to end up with a big tangle of wires when you come to set them up again, which has happened to me many times. It becomes very confusing when this happens and takes a long time to sort.
The Verdict
Excellent speakers, well worth the money and will last you a long time! Mine are 2 years old, used every day, turned up very loudly, yet the sound quality remains as crisp as always!
If you can still get these speakers in the shops, buy them if you are on a budget, but I would still recommend getting this speaker set even if you have a lot of money to burn!
