I ordered my weekly shop from Tesco.com.

The food is good (when received).

I've shopped with Tesco.com on two occassions. On the first one they delivered 15 mins out of my time slot (do they not think I have a life and other things to do?!).

The second occassion was a nightmare. Our delivery was not in our 2 hour time slot, half an hour later I rang to complain and they informed me the driver had tried to deliver. We did not see anyone out of our window which overlooks the road and front door, there was no ring on the door bell and no card to say they had tried to deliver. Then the telephonist on the helpline was quite rude! I feel as though they have lied and not bothered to deliver at all.

If you live in Portsmouth its a load of rubbish - just go to the store. Anywhere else I suggest you try out your local store. I'm sure its better than this one!

I always do my weekly shopping at tesco's online store and the level of service is very good, and deliveries are always on time to my front door, and the shopping is always arranged in groups of relevant items.

Good service and an easy to use website.

You cannot physicaly hold any items.

If like me you don't have a lot of time to get out to the store, or maybe you don't have a car and the shops are too far to walk with 8 bags of shopping then Tesco's online service will be a treat to you like it is to me!
