Introduction
The Finecam S3R features 3.17 Megapixels and is equipped with the ''RTUNE'' image processor, which offers the fast full-memory continuous shooting at 3.1 frames/sec.
Good Points
Great features including:
Loads of modes for standard picture taking including fast moving objects, night pictures, landscape, portrait, flash/no flash/auto flash/red eye reduction.
Also has a microphone and a speaker so you can take movies with sound and play back with sound on the camera.
Ridiculously easy to use, with just one turn knob to get the main modes and 3 buttons controlling flash, scene (e.g. nightime etc) and display (to turn the display screen on or off. In playback mode when you press display it gives you info about the photo you are looking at (date time etc).
3.2 mega pixels and the picture quality is really excellent.
Really good, powerful zoom.
Rechargable so you dont spend a fortune on batteries.
Software for the PC is provided but you don't need it as you can just use the usb cable and plug n play!
Small enough to fit in your coat pocket comfortably.
Bad Points
Only came with a 16mb memory card so you may find you need to buy something bigger.
Didn't come with a carry case, you will need to buy this separately.
The Verdict
Overall an excellent camera, especially for the money (though i did get it in a sale so expect to pay more than i did). I'm really happy with my purchase and can see that this camera will last me a number of years. Definately recomended.
