Introduction
The Creative Zukebox Zen Xtra is an updated version of the Zukebox Zen. It is a harddrive based player. Mine is the 40gb model.
Good Points
Awesome price / storage ration. Good decibal rating (90db.) makes for great sounding music with some decent headphones. EAX is a nice addition, and the customizable equilizer works wonders. Replacable battery is nice.
Bad Points
A bit bulky, still fits in your palm but not as much as I would like it to. Decent battery life, but with backlight on, expect as little as 5 hours.
The Verdict
Great mp3 player or storage device. It may not be as sleek as an iPod, but I like being able to create my own playlist without a computer, replacing the battery easily, saving $50, and not being trendy.
