Introduction
If you've read my other two reviews, you pretty much get the idea that I'm slow to new toys. At the time I purchased the SanDisk Cruzer flash driver, I was still a little hesitant to step out of the era of floppy disks. Before this device, I was emailing files to myself in the attachment until I can get to another computer with a printer. I know--pathetic, right?
Good Points
The 2GB SanDisk Cruzer Micro is really what I would call, a ''smart'' drive. Unlike most flash drives, this one has software that manages password protection, take users through a tutorial on how to the device, provide antivirus tools, and enables users to make video calls from PC to PC. Another cool plus, besides the amber LED that lights up when the device is connected and in use, is the retractable USB connector. That's right! No more losing caps that easily pop off.
Bad Points
I don't really have any bad points. I'm currently using the device to move MP3s from my laptop to the iTunes library on my desktop.
The Verdict
It's one of my favorite devices.
