Introduction
I'm a huge fan of the Foo Fighters and love their previous albums (''One By One'', ''The Color and The Shape'' and ''There is nothing left to lose'') and just had to get my hands on this one.
In Your Honour is a 21 song album, covering two CD's. The first CD is their typical rock style with some absolute Gems like ''DOA'', ''No Way Back'' and ''The Deepest Blues Are Black''. The second album holds 10 tracks of original accousitc music, which show the Foo Fighter's ability to play a variety of different music. The double CD album works really well and will please any music enthusiast.
Good Points
21 Track album! And every track is pretty unique and sounds great. Each song was definitely perfected before they decided to put it on the album - ie. they definitely haven't recorded any old rubbish to bump up the number of tracks.
Two CD's which seperate the heavy rock from the accoustic.
Bad Points
I dont have anything bad to say about the album but I would say that it's not their best yet, but on the other hand its an amazing album anyway.
The Verdict
Well worth the money spent on this. If you are familiar with the Foo's then this album will be a sure hit with you. Definitely satisfied my expectations and i look forward to their next album.
