Introduction
Purchased September 05, Mid Jan 06 and I have had only 6 weeks of use from the set.
Good Points
Good picture quality for the money and compared favourably to competition when viewed in the shops
Bad Points
Picture developed two vertical thick hazy red lines. The problem was reported Mid November and the set returned to their authorised agent. Two months later and I'm trying to get a court order to force Samsung to replace the set FOC. They haven't even called me once to discuss it.
The Verdict
Samsung UK customer service is a nightmare. It's all about stringing the customer along while they try and find a way of repairing your goods.
