By: Amelia Janet | Sep 02, 2011 10:33 AM

The well known engineering establishment, ‘Haier’, manufacturers of consumer products is to introduce two new types of washing machines during the ‘IFA trade show’ to be held in Berlin, Germany between September 2 and 7. IFA is indeed the ideal platform for the manufacturers worldwide to introduce their electrical, electronic and electromechanical products to the whole world. More than 1500 international engineering concerns participate in the exhibition. The Haier washing machines are of the 82 and 86 series. Their doors are sealed with treated antibacterial coating. They claim that the coating prevents bacteria build up throughout the life of the washing machine. The energy efficiency rating for both machines is A+++. The release is of both models is scheduled for the next month. Apart from Haier, other companies are also exhibiting their new washing machines, which they claim to be energy efficient. Gorenje is such a company which makes use of a certain technology by name ‘Use Logic’ which not only saves power, but also limits the consumption of water. The reputed company ‘Bosch’ is also in the field claiming that their machines also have similar advantages.
