Langford Court North

An awesome grade 2* listed fourteenthe century very large farmhouse, set overlooking the blackdon hills only 3 miles from cullompton in mid devon. Located 3 miles from M5 motorway -brilliant for exploring Devon.

Pros: One large luxurious room with double bed adjoined by another small room with two single beds and the option for another bed (if needed). The accomodation is en- suite. Only 3 miles from junc. 28 of the M5 means it couldn't be easier to get to whilst being in literally the best location for exploring the whole of devon if not the whole southwest peninsular. The house is however in glorious quiet devon countryside despite being so accessible. Great tasting varied breakfasts. Hot drink facilities and colour TV and alarm in bedroom.

cons: There is only ONE accomodation unit which consists of three rooms one with the double bed, the other with 2-3 single beds and the bathroom. Dogs bark on arrival, but they are only little harmless jack russels and usually shut up if you stroke them.

conclusion: A great standard b&b which is good value and has the best location for exploring devon due to good road links close by. The b&b is situated in quiet countryside with at least two excellent pubs less than a mile away. Also a falconry place nearby does courses for those interested.
