The durable, dependable and affordable- Powerline PHG1000 Plate Load Multi Gym, needs disk weights for resistance and it is targeted at all 6 major muscle groups to sculpt the body as per requirements!

With front access layout and no-cable change design, it offers fast and efficient workout modes. With assembled dimensions of (H) 84 x (W) 38Ԕ x (L) 61, it is compact and perfect to create the well toned body.

Pros: Complete with accessories like lat bar, straight bar, utility strap and workout poster plus chest press station, lat pull down / high pulley, seated row / low pulley, leg extension / leg curl and pectoral fly station, it offers complete build-up of muscles and better joints’ co-ordination.

cons: It requires disk weights for resistance and it is not included in the package.

conclusion: The single user capacity multi-gym targeted at all the muscle groups for complete toning up; the maximum user weight permitted is 400 lbs and is one of the best reliable and affordable multi-gyms.
