Samsung has launched the new Samsung BD-C8500 Blu-Ray HD DVD Player for the European markets. This advanced model supports 1080P HD video playbacks and master audio output. Measuring 430 x 61.5 x 300mm and weighing 3.8kg, this new model is a comfortable device to use. The well designed front panel of the gadget strengthens the entire chassis and provides an excellent outlook to the player. One of the main attractions of the player is that it comes with 500GB data storage which allows user to store the files even with in the device. DLNA certified this device supports multi-formatted CDs and DVDs. Supported file formats of the device include MP3, MP4, WMA, AAC, JPEG, JPEG HD, MPEG2, MPEG4, DivX, DivX HD, MKV, WMV9, H.264, 3GPP and AVCHD as well. This HD DVD Player features progressive scanning and BD bonus view. Connectivity interfaces of this advanced device include Composite Video Output, Digital Audio Output (optical), HDMI, Ethernet, USB 2.0, WLAN, YUV Output and HDMI.
