The V-Fit SC1-P Aerobic Training Cycle has heavy duty chip resistant coated tubular steel main frame that will withstand practically anything except the hardest of treatment. It consists of a torque drive chain with a fixed wheel drive. Its extremely smooth 18kg balanced cast iron flywheel provided with chrome rim is a pleasure while you use it. The pedalling resistance is regulated with the aid of felt backed friction pads that also consist of mechanical caliper system
The vertical position can be adjusted in 14 different positions and an 8- position horizontal adjustment saddle modelled on racing style. It also features shapely, formed and welded tubular handlebars that are well padded with high density foam for a good grip and the height can be adjusted in 3 positions. The pedals that mimick the racing pedals of a bike have toe straps that can be adjusted to make certain that you have a strong and secure foot hold when you are exercising.
Pros: • Easy to assemble. • No rattling when in use • Can be compared to gym standards • Sturdy, comfortable and very stable.
cons: The only drawback if any is that the seat is a bit uncomfortable, but then you do not expect comfort while exercising is it not?
conclusion: A great aerobic exerciser worth every penny you pay for it.
