Wii Nunchuck (Wii)

By: Rex Inego | May 11, 2007 07:44 PM

The Nunchunk is an extra controller that can be connected up to the Wii Remote. The Nunchunk has a use in some games such as Boxing on Wii Sports and Zelda: Twilight Princess. The Nunchunk contains an Analog Stick (a bit like the one on the Nintendo Gamecube Controller), a C button and a Z button.
My Nunchunk came free with my Wii, but they are usually about 14.99 in a shop.

Pros: -Very light, and fits well in your hand. -Fits into the Wii Remote easily. -The two buttons and the Analog Stick work very well. -The Nunchunk has a motion sensor in it (not as powerful as the Wii Remote)

cons: -If you play on the Wii alot, the Nunchunk will get very sweaty, and eventually it will turn yellow, which isn't a good sign. -Some games don't require the Nunchunk.

conclusion: Nunchunks are definately required if you want to have a great time playing on your Wii. They are also needed for some 2-Player games. Another good thing about the Nunchunk is the motion sensor. It is helpful in some games like Kororinpa, because you need two controllers to play it, but since the Nunchunk is Motion-Sensored, it will work.
